Go ahead and fill out the form and send it anyway.  The shipping charge will be deducted at this end. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  will be charged USA Postal Rates.  A $5.00 to $15.00 handling fee will be accessed, determined by the value of the Order. Layaway payments  30 days delinquent are returned to stock, and any payments made are forfeited. If a layaway, Special Order or Pre-Order is canceled at any time all payments to date are forfeited. All late payments are subject to a late fee of 5% of the entire remaining balance. Returns: No Refunds. Exchange or Store  Credit only. This applies to item that are in stock and  purchased at full Retail. Customer must pay shipping costs for exchanged or returned item(s). If you are not satisfied with your doll, you may return it within 10 days of shipping date for exchange or store credit only.
